Foods to satiate the appetite to the hilt in a fast way, like frozen lasagna, fast foods, instant noodles and cereal bars are everywhere. Fruits, vegetables and greens are increasingly difficult to be bought or acquired, due to the distance from people’s homes to grocery stores or because of the lack of incentive for fresh or minimally processed foods consumption.
